What role does sex play in a christian relationship?
I'm a strong christian and with that I hold to the conviction that you shouldn't have sex before marriage. I was with a guy who was also christian and I thought I was going to marry, he ended up cheating on me with my "friend", dumping me and had sex with her like 2 weeks later. Do guys respect that conviction or is it just a negative side effect?

- Most guys wont want to wait till marriage to "try out the goods". However, there are a few, so you just have to keep looking. By the way, even after marriage, true christians should only have sex with the intention of procreating. Sex is not for fun in the Christian's eyes.
- ignore the the guy above you can have sex for fun but if believe sex is for marriage dont be pressured into it because you think noone else wants to wait there are guys out there who will wait for you so just wait and he'll find you hope i helped
- It's just that the are falling short of their blessing my dear that's all.I mean I understand you admire him for his belief but as you can see now you know he has lied to you & to himself.If you gonna be a christian make sure you're sincer about it...Yea it's a conviction but is it worth it.That sin is attractive but yet deadly...I'm glad you didn't let him tempt you becuz now u know who's the wolf amongst the sheeps now.Stay loved & good hearted~1~!!!
